$60 per visit

Packages available to decrease cost and increase accountability:
Silver Training Frequency 2x/week for 4 weeks (8 visits total per package) $440 ($55 per visit) *visits expire after 1 month

Gold Training Frequency 3x/week for 4 weeks (12 visits total per package) $630 ($52.50 per visit) *visits expire after 1 month

Platinum Training Frequency 4x/week for 4 weeks (16 visits total per package) $800 ($50 per visit) *visits expire after 1 month

ELITE Training Package - 50 visits for $2,500 for those committed to transforming their physique and/or athleticism. The most cost effective and flexible package we offer. $50 per visit that expires after 9 months.

3 Month Challenge *available for new clients only*
$100 a week for 12 weeks. You will have 7 days to use 2 visits each week ($50 per visit). If you don’t use it, you lose it. This system is designed to help you build healthy habits and increase accountability.

Basketball Skills Training

This service includes a combination of performance training to address basic strength deficits and improve athleticism plus personalized basketball drills and skills training to improve your basketball performance. This offering may be 1 on 1 or small group setting based on gym availability and age/skill level of participants.

Holli Guthrie, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Elite Rehab and Performance. Holli is from Chickamauga, GA and graduated from Gordon Lee High School in 2011. She continued her education at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL where she competed as a two sport NAIA athlete on the women’s Basketball and Softball teams. Holli graduated from Faulkner in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. She continued her education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in the Physical Therapy program obtaining the degree Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021. While at UTC, Holli participated in clinical internships at Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Lafayette, and C4 sports rehabilitation in Chattanooga. Holli also participated in a research study - The Reliability and Validity of a Novel Change of Direction Test for Volleyball Players during her time at UTC and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has advanced training in dry needling and is certified in The Barbell Rehab Method to keep you lifting pain free. Holli and her husband, Josh, have 2 sons- Leo and Luka. They enjoy spending time with family and friends participating in all sports with some of their favorites being spikeball, basketball, volleyball, and slow pitch softball.

Josh attended Shorter College in 2009 where he played basketball and ran track before transferring to Kennesaw State to earn his degree in Exercise Science in 2014. He then went on to earn his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Chattanooga State in 2016. In October of 2021 he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Josh is passionate about his profession and loves working with athletes of all ages and skill levels- both in getting them back to full health as a PTA and helping them take their performance to the next level as a CSCS. He still enjoys playing just about any sport he can find, but especially enjoys competing in church league basketball, softball, and volleyball with his friends and family members. More than anything Josh loves spending time with his wife Holli and their 2 sons Leo and Luka.
